“We went to see this East Carolina Health and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville NC. I was expecting wonderful! What we saw was a building from the 1960s with no updates. Tile floors. Dirty bathroom. No curtains, no area rugs, no comfortable chairs or flowers, cinderblock walls throughout and staff that didn't know what they were doing. There was nothing welcoming about it.
