“Do not for the sake of God ever use this facility. My wife was here for a 2-month rehab stay. During that time, they refused medical care, failed to follow the documented care plan, and exposed HIPAA details for a former patient. She contracted an ESBL infection twice, was discharged with bed sores and an infection they were supposed to treat prior to discharge. She was given 4 showers over th…”

“I have high regards for this place …….. most all of staff went above and beyond in their services…2 individuals were very cold, not helpful on night shift. But would recommend elderwood for reHAB…..PT, OT, NURSING STAFF HOUSEKEEPING AND ANCILLARY HELP ALL VERY NICE AND VERY COMPETANT. FOOD WAS TOLERABLE AND SERVED WARM TO HOT EACH MEAL. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR EXCELLENT CARE.”
