The nurses are very understaffed, and you can tell they are overworked. We have waited over an hour for help before, even with me finding nurses to remind them my grandfather needs assistance. “My mother is a patient there. This facility hires a lot of agency staff. No report given on each shift they are working with “blinders on” Left my mother on bedpan for an hour or so left her laying in the bed for several hours. This facility charges 400.00 a day per patient this facility per the agency worker complaints “….,do not treat/pay worker rightly””
