“I’m honestly disgusted with what I witnessed at Emerald Ridge. My sister is a resident there, and the level of unprofessional behavior from some of the staff is unbelievable. One of the younger nurses was passing medications while on her phone loudly cussing out her boyfriend who is apparently in jail. Watching someone handle medications while distracted and arguing on the phone is completely unac…”

“My father almost died as a result of these people not giving him anything to drink and he was there less than a week. His sodium level went very high impacting his kidney function too. The staff don't communicate with each other about the patient's needs. My father was not able to feed himself so they were supposed to be feeding him and giving him something to drink. I knew when he went there it w…”

The kitchen needs some serious help. They tried passing nasty black eye peas off …”
