“Hey I just got a call from my mom about 30 mins ago I overheard what I assume is a female patient with dementia. She was yelling at the top of her lungs for a good 15 minutes and then another patient which I assume was a male started yelling in the hallway about Jesus and God for about 10 mins longer before I finally heard staff come talk to him which I assume is bc my mom had me on speaker saying…”

“After new ownership this facility has gone downhill QUICKLY! The quality of food is trash, no soap for patients, mattresses are hard and cheap, towels are like sandpaper, diapers are less absorpt short staffed and they now park patients that are prone to falling in front of nursing station which is a hazard with little walking room and the place smells of urine SO BAD! They no longer serve holiday…”
