“Absolute worst experience of our lives. Do NOT send your family here if you truly love and care for them. The will be neglected, especially if they cannot speak, or fend for themselves! Our loved one was neglected. Constant complaints were raised to admin and nothing was done. Unfortunately, our loved one passed away due to the neglect in trach care. DO BETTER!!!!!! DO YOUR JOBS!!!!
