“My Aunt died here yesterday, the social worker whose name I’ll mention later didn’t even bother to call us. The Florence County Corner had to call the Beaufort County Corner and ask him to go knock on a family members door. That’s how we found out. To be continued. Social workers there are bad, no worries going to absolutely see her whole process through to the T.”

“My love one was accepted to 2 facilities. My mom and I chose this facility because it was closer to us. I hated for her to go because I knew there reputation wasn’t the best. However, we entrusted them in caring for her. She was there for rehab, she passed on her 11th of 14th day of her stay. She was lethargic for several hours and none of the children or myself (emergency contact) was notified of…”

“I only gave one star cause there was no place for negative three.. I am currently in this facility for rehab and I have never been more horrified in my life there are very few people that even care about what's going on even though they know. Once I'm out of here and back to safety I will be reporting to higher people.. Medicaid should be ashamed to put anybody in this place..And the few good ones…”
