“My mom has been at Flannery Oaks for years. She has thrived. She was dying at home but living at Flannery Oaks. Activities are happening all day everyday. They have tea parties, birthday parties even a senior prom.”

“Went to visit a family member. I have a serious question? Do y’all even give the people that’s there a bath because the ones that y’all put out front and the tv areas stink like urine and it’s noticeable. The building even smells bad that’s rediculous. I would never again put any more family members in that place. What if it was one of your family members that smell bad and not giving a bath. Y’al…”

“This place is complete trash! The patient care and communication is abysmal!!! They were about to kill my sister. She had to be sent to BR general by ambulance at death's door! They left her sitting in urine for hours, and basically let her starve by failing to ensure she was able to eat or drink. She was taken directly to ICU when she arrived at the hospital. Do not bring your loved ones here!!!…”
