“I love the people of Franklin . My room is wonderful, I have it decorated to my taste. The staff is friendly and helpful, although turnover is frequent. The dining room has cloth tablecloths and flowers. Food is fair, but I've had worse. The main thing I love is that I finally have peace. Ps I have seen NO bugs”

“Brunch is supposed to be served at around 10:30A and dinner around 4 to 5p. Lately brunch comes at 11:30 to 12p. Then dinner comes before 4p. So by the time the residents have Brunch/Breakfast dinner is arriving and there not hungry . But the biggest problem I have is that there is no Emergency plan in place nor is there a backup generator when the power goes out that will run the entire buil…”
