“I would of gave it no stars actually. My father was brought there for rehab which they lied and said he wouldn't participate in therapy and needed a family member to help out. When I arrived to do so at the appointment time the therapist suddenly had a family emergency and they canceled it. They also sent paperwork to his insurance saying he wasn't participating.
