“We were trying to move a sibling from a nursing home 2 hours away to get him closer to family. We toured the facility and it looked great. Unfortunately, the admission director was not great! The other facility and I would leave messages and would never get a response, I alone left a minimum of 4 messages. Finally got her on the phone and she said she would get back with me that day, that was over…”

★D M L · 2026-06-25 · via Google

“I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in a facility charged with caring for a vulnerable population. I requested a transfer to this facility and the admissions director, Jamie did nothing but give me the runaround. Not returning calls, messages after stating the patient could be admitted and then turned around and basically ghosted me when trying to finalize the approval. Shameful …”

★★★★★Cynthia Vera · 2026-03-14 · via Google

“I was recovering from major surgery to my cervical spine and chose GNIC because it was close to home. I cannot say enought about how well I was cared for by both the nursing staff and especially the CNA's. They were all very helpful and saw to all my needs. The physical therapy staff was great! I would recommend it to friends and will utilize it agsin should I need care again!”
