“Just dropped off a patient I drove all the way from Lexington & the staff was absolutely horrible to me. Out of the 5 employees, ONE guy was nice & helpful. All of the women on duty tonight should be fired. The patient was elderly & in a wheelchair. They didn't lift a finger to help us. I will be calling administration tomorrow”

“This is more of a request than a complaint. It is extremely difficult to reach the residents by phone. They only appear to have a few cordless phones, and if a resident is usibg the phone the caller hss to csll back multiple times to reach the resident. Is there a better option that the administration can explore?”
