“It was suggested I do a “pop in tour” before having a close friend admitted, so glad I did! Hallways blocked by clutter, foul smell in general. Patients just hanging around in doorways without direction. No activities going on, did not see any supervision. Patients did not even engage with each other. Employees I did see looked irritable. “Very helpful with lots of communication. They kept in contact, especially as my dad started to decline. Unlike another nursing home, they did their best to help us with the finances and insurance. They were very compassionate and understanding through our loss.”
