“Although a gorgeous facility, the staff at the top (administrator, D.O.N., etc) are not prepared for these positions and the staff below them are poorly trained. We learned that the AD, DON and their 2 "leads" have previous history working at the Pines of Clarkston. The 2 "leads" are NOT licensed CNA's.
