“They seem to be understaffed or perhaps the staff aren't always attentive. Some of the staff care. During a visit with my loved one, the call light was on for an hour and no one came. This is a normal. It scares me if there's an emergency. I had to reach out to 3 people for someone to finally show up. Unacceptable!”

★★★★★zakeita jenkins · 2026-03-16 · via Google

“Went to visit Harmony Village for possibly placement for my aunt. This staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The 2nd floor unit manager was very professional and knowledgeable of how the build is ran. The manager also exhibited great skill as I observed them interact with the patients.”
