“This place is a gem in the healthcare industry. The staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. The people in the rehabilitation were great, they listened and help the patients as I observed . I was also at the second floor where all the staff were happy to help despite their schedule. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone that’s looking for a rehabilitation and nursing care.”

“Can't get anyone here to return a phone call. I've called four times and visited in person once (leaving a callback name and number.) for admissions. Today, I managed to get to talk to a human in the business office and was told the administrator would call me. Never happened. How is the care? I pray it's better than efficiency of their communication.”

“We chose this SN facility because Medicare had it rated 5 star and it was closest to our home. Our loved one was transferred there on a Sunday evening when they had a skeleton crew. The room she was put in had no hand soap or toilet paper in the restroom. There was no walker or wheelchair available (locked up and no key). No handicap set up in restroom except for wall rail.
