“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shukenia Bailey at Heartland Rehabilitation & Care Center. She took exceptional care of my aunt after her leg amputation, and from the very beginning, she treated her with so much kindness, compassion, and respect. She never made my aunt feel like just another patient—she made her feel like family. My aunt absolutely loved Shukenia and spoke very highly …”
