“I do not recommend Heritage Court Post Acute to anyone who expects safe, consistent, or competent care for their loved one. During my father’s stay, I had to personally review his medication list multiple times because of repeated errors that could have seriously harmed him. Weekly lab orders were not followed correctly, and I constantly had to remind staff or verify whether labs were drawn at all…”

★Ron Parker · 2026-05-09 · via Google

We took him outside to the area where the patient can get some fresh air and the tables were filthy. We had to get some towels…”

“My father had a great experience at Heritage Court. Staff was very kind and very helpful answering all my questions. Rooms were clean, and they were great at handling his specific diet.”
