“My mother’s five years at HH in Blackstone occurred during Covid and thereafter. The staff was so kind and effective in addressing her dementia and physical problems. My sisters and I shared the visitation among the four of us, and saw her nearly everyday of the week. They were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. It became like family. They were always so upbeat and concerned for he…”

“Something that stands out to me is the mood of the aides. My mother's regular aides are consistently upbeat and positive. They never enter Mama's room grumpy and complaining about other staff or being too busy. I've never asked for help for Mama and gotten a 'look' that communicated resentment. Heritage Hall's Unit 2 is wonderful. I'm so thankful for having such a facility nearby. Thank you all!”

★★★★Amy Carwile · 2025-04-02 · via Google

When he came into Heritage Hall, he was unable to walk, and they have gotten him to the point that he is able to go home and care for himself. He has nothing but kind words to say about all the staff in Heritage Hall. The food was wonderful! I would highly recommend…”
