“Heritage Hall Rich Creek is amazing. They truly care and love these patients. They seem to love their job. Activities are great and Tyler and Deb are amazing. The food is delicious. I know my mother is being loved and cared for which means everything.”

★★★★Kathy Mitchell · 2026-01-12 · via Google

“I am disappointed, due to the loss of my husband's hearing aids which is a cost of 5 Thousand Dollars. It was the employees job to keep up with his hearing aids when they were removed at bedtime and then they were to be replaced at morning time . I cannot take a picture of the hearing aids due to the loss of them.”

★★★★★Brush Mountain Homestead · 2026-06-29 · via Google

“Have always held a high opinion of this place. My grandmother was here more than forty years ago.”
