“So so so bad!!! I had to use respite services for my mom who is 75. They let her lay in bed for 6 days! Now she complains on horrible hip pain, can't move, doesn't eat! Even gave her morphine without notifying me as her medical POA and her hospice nurse. Open sores on mt mom that are worse than they were before because she has laid in bed so long.”

“If I could leave a negative star review, I absolutely would. Two separate occasions, this facility has failed to notify the family on my grandfathers hospital transfer. On occasion one, my grandfather, who is bed ridden and requires a hoyer lift for transfers, ended up in the hospital with a broken hip.
