“Nothing but positive things to say about this facility. My aunt who's in her '80s, and in a very tough situation mentally and physically, was well treated and taken care of with respect. The staff were super helpful and Samantha (Social services director) in particular, great in getting a coordinated transfer closer to home. Communication was excellent.”

★★★★★Lauren · 2026-01-01 · via Google

“As a family member of a loved one currently residing at Highland Pines in Largo, I want to take a moment to recognize Adrian Cox for the exceptional care, leadership, and compassion he brings to this facility. From the very beginning, Adrian has made our family feel seen, heard, and reassured during what can often be an emotional and stressful time. Adrian operates with a level of professionalism…”

★★★★★Becky Fazio · 2025-07-10 · via Google

“Highland pines did a great job taking care of my brother. I was happily surprised with the excellent communication they provided to me almost daily. The social worker kept me up to date on his progress throughout his stay. She was very knowledgeable, polite, patient, friendly and understanding. The only issue I regularly encountered was long call light wait times but would definitely recommend”
