“This place is not living up to fake 5 star reviews. That’s a fraud. Our mother is in 85 degree room for two days and nothing is being done to remedy situation. Getting yes’d to death that someone will work on it. Mother is dehydrated and suffering! This will be reported to HHS and health department! NOT A FIVE STAR FACILITY”
