“We were there only 2 months and Glen Thomas, the Front desk concierge , has gone above and beyond for us . The package which was very important was not labeled correctly from Amazon yet he went out of his way to locate for my mom.but beyond that he put the shower chair together himself and brought it to my mom. This was wonderful of him and he is an exemplary, kind asset here .”
