““Rehabilitation” is just a word - it doesn’t happen a Jefferson House. It used to back in 2018 but there seem to be very few physical therapy people there - their workout room with the usual machines is empty of both therapists and patients. Money saver at the patients’ expense? No complaints about the staff - for the most part they are competent but frequently have too many patients to care for…”

“The caregivers at Jefferson House were amazing. Over the years, my dad visited your facility many times. His last visit was tough on all of us and the amazing staff was not only kind to him but went out of the way to be sure Mom, my brother and I were ok! Thank you for your caring support.”

★★★★★Linda Chagnon · 2024-06-29 · via Google

“Jefferson House is clean. The nurses and CNA's are wonderful. The Physical Therapist are great. And the food is so much better than St. Francis Hospital. Thank you all at Jefferson House.”
