“This place is deeply troubling. My brother’s health has declined dramatically here, with neglect, missing personal property, and refusal to release him, although he has requested discharge. The facility continues to block release while billing Medicaid. The lack of care, transparency, and accountability raises serious concerns about abuse and financial exploitation.
