“Don’t go here it’s full of rats and roaches Healthcare is pitiful. My relative was in here. He needed to go to the hospital and they would not let him go. They kept giving him pain medicine when I called down there the nurse hung up in my face. Finally, after telling them, I was gonna come down and pick him up and take him to the hospital myself. They transported him almost too late. Residents hav…”

“I do not recommend taking your loved ones here. Save yourself the tears and guilt. I found my loved one in a very sad state that I will never forget. And I do have experience with other nursing homes. Groveton nursing home would never treat a patient like that.”

★★★★★JoAnna Simpson · 2019-12-05 · via Google

“My mother was here for a short term rehab stay and loved it. Eula the administrator was so pleasant and friendly as was the staff. It was always clean and smelled good when I would visit. My mother loved the food too and actually gained several pounds during her stay, which was good. We would both highly recommend in Lufkin.”
