“My dad was there a short time, and came for rehab after a major surgery. He was only there a few days when admin was asking how much his property & house were worth. His insurance pays for 90 days of rehab and they immediately starting asking if he would be long term and calculating how many years of stay the cost of his property would pay for, even though he had insurance and Medicare.
