“I am writing to express my concerns regarding a CNA named Andrea who works on the 400 Hall. During my mother’s stay, I observed behavior that I found unprofessional, discourteous, and lacking in compassion. Andrea’s demeanor toward residents and family members came across as rude and dismissive, which created an uncomfortable environment. Most concerning was an incident in which my mother was not…”

“There are not enough CNAs and I can only be present 10-12 hours a day. This morning a CNA (Amy) left my mom sitting on the toilet in the middle of clean up. When I arrived my mom had tried to clean up and get back to bed. She was covered in poop, and had to walk through poop to get back to bed. I then waited 30 minutes and went down the halls asking for help. I ended up cleaning my mom up myself a…”

“I was there for rehab. I found almost the entire staff to be very helpful. The rehab staff was super and a shout out to Jennifer, Dennis, and Mandy who went above and beyond to make my stay a nice one. There were others who also were very helpful but I can’t remember their names. If you’re looking for assisted living or rehab you can’t go wrong choosing Kingston.”
