“I was greated with a smile by the receptionist! The facility is beautiful! The fountain ⛲️ through the doors is so relaxing just to view and to sit near outside. The facility was extremely clean and smelled wonderful! No urine or feces smell in any of the halls or 3 nursing stations I had a toured through. - I was surprised to be waved at by employees and greated with a smile and a nurse I passed…”

“The incredible staff is outstanding and the care, compassion, and kindness you have shown my husband is very much appreciated, and has not gone unnoticed. I like how the staff always greets him with a smile when they enter his room. They ask him how he's doing and they're ready to attend to whatever is needed. We are forever grateful."”

“Don't believe all those 5 star reviews, a lot of them look fake. My family member has been here for a long time, and there is constant violation of privacy (HIPAA), temperature issues in the rooms, the patient call button goes unanswered for up to an hour on a lot of occasions, patient isn't changed out of soiled undergarments in timely manner, medical records kept up to date, the list goes on. …”
