“My grandmother was sent there from the hospital in better health. She came to lady of oak and left with kidneys failure and and infected leg which leads to her having to get her leg cut off. I don’t recommend this place. I visited my grandmother the room smells like facies she wasn’t cleaned up or well taken cared off. These people neglected my grandmother and I would never recommend this place. S…”
