“The staff at LakePointe are truly Angels on earth. They are so giving of themselves. My Mother has been in and out of the facility for the past year, and thus has been in different rooms. The Aides, Nursing staff and Physical Therapists are exemplary, experienced, patient and kind. “My friend‘s mom was brought into LakePointe Senior care today for rehab care when I got there and checked everything out there was feces on the floor with bugs crawling the bathroom smelled like an outhouse and the rooms were just disgusting. Staff didn’t seem to think there was a problem with it. They still left the feces on the floor even being there for over an hour and nobody came to clean it …”
