“I would never recommend Larkin Chase Center to anyone. My family’s experience was heartbreaking and extremely frustrating. The biggest issue was the lack of basic patient care. My mom would repeatedly ask to be changed after using the bathroom, and we experienced delays that should never happen. On one occasion, I asked around 7:00 p.m. for someone to change her, and she wasn’t changed until afte…”

“Our experience at Larkin Chase Center was terrible. The staff was often rude, there was little urgency when patients needed help, and basic care took far too long. My family repeatedly had to ask for my loved one to be changed, and sometimes it took hours before anyone responded. There were also safety concerns. Patients wandered into other rooms, personal belongings went missing, and staff didn’…”

★★★★★W. Nikki Pearson · 2026-07-05 · via Google

“Every time I’ve been to visit someone here, the facility was very clean, the receptionist friendly and not distracted. The nurses were all quick to greet me with a smile, give directions. I worked 9 years in a 320 bed nursing facility and know things to be aware of. Here, there was no smell of urine or fecal matter, AND, no scent of some fragrance used to mask it.”
