“They neglect their patients here, anytime they have to do something to help my family member they would roll their eyes and throw a fit. They neglect their patients, basically offer them minimal to no rehabilitation, they just sit in a bed and deteriorate here. Refused to give us medical records when there was an incident at this facility as well. Their fall protection protocols are minimal at bes…”
