“First impressions were excellent. All staff from front desk to doctor, nurses, PT/OT, very friendly and attentive. Diligent care to ensure patient is heard and feels comfortable. The facility’s recent upgrades are lovely, beautiful exercise room and lobby. Rooms still older. Love the activities they provide to keep patients engaged and positive. Grandma is very excited about beauty shop!”

“If I could give this place a negative I would. It’s depressing ! The long term people are always sad and crying and the staff are highly understaffed. My father was moved here from the hospital after a hip surgery for 2 weeks and the only only good thing about this place was the exceptional PT and OT they are great! But the nursing team are hit or miss most have given up and are just doing the mot…”
