“It has changed. The care the staff provides revolves around the staff, their needs, what suits them, what they feel like doing. It is NOT patient-centered care. The staff has difficulty phrasing communication in a non threatening way. Everything is about them. Response to the response of the review: What an absolutely horrible experience and I wasn't even the patient. I could walk and tend to my …”

“Old and stuffy. When I asked about a shower I was told it’s in the hallway. I asked if I could change rooms and I was two days. I am here in a musty room with a hard bed. My oxygen level is lowering since I left the hospital. I must say something nice though. The food is good. The nursing staff are polite.”
