“I want to sincerely thank the Meadow Park staff for their care during my mother’s time of need. Special thanks to Mr. Lorenzo for his dedication to quality care; he always checked in to make sure my mother was comfortable and supported. I also appreciate the PT team, Catherine and Haley, for their excellent teamwork, especially when they encouraged my mother during her therapy sessions. Her social…”

“My mom did not receive proper respiratory therapy despite reading that was their specialty. The physical/occupational therapy staff was lacking. Some of the therapists were lovely but there wasn’t enough of them and there wasn’t a streamlined continuous plan of care. Some nurses and aides were very nice and helpful but I felt the need to be there all day making sure proper care was given and that …”

★★★★Jean Taylor · 2026-07-19 · via Google

“The care given is good. The only concern is my mother-inlaw is 106 and has very very poor hearing left ear only and eyesight in only one eye. When her meals come she is unable to cut the food into small bites and she is unable to reposition herself in bed to be in a comfortable position to eat. That would be so helpful for her.”
