“Nurses are nice. Lack of doctors and physical therapy. No phones for rooms. Very difficult for older patients who do not utilize cell phones well, or even have one. They don't offer showers. My mother has not been bathed in 2 months. It's awful. Cold, cold food, it's never even warm. Bare minimum for survival. My mom didn't go there to die, she went there for PT rehabilitation after an injury…”
