“My mother has been at this facility for 3 months. I can’t say enough about the staff on the second floor; the respiratory team, nurses and CNAs, the rehab team and activities director are amazing, very caring and compassionate providers. The front desk staff, housekeeping and the administrative staff is commendable as well. Having to place your loved one in a long term care facility can be a diffi…”

“We needed a qualified long care for my husband and found Meridian. He has been there since April 2022. I am so pleased with the quality of care that he receives. The nurses CNA’s, and therapists are awesome as well as other staff members. They really seem to care about the residents along with their family members. From our experience I would highly recommend Meridian Monte Vista!”
