“Absolutely horrible! No heat in the winter. My parents were locked in their room due to a faulty lock . Then told all the locks were being replaced but now have only a double lock which is hard for arthritic hands. Fire drills Never gone over so they just go back in to their rooms. Management non existent. Argumentative or inattentive front desk, depending who’s working. Reply… completely untrue …”
