“This place nearly killed me. I never had high blood pressure and they kept giving me blood pressure medicine. When my daughter rescued me after a week my pressure was below 98. Also when I arrived my mattress had soft ball sized balls under the mattress for bed sores which I did not have. I was on that despite repeatedly asking it be removed until my son in law visited and removed it himself. The …”

“my mom was given a catheter (i believe it was cause the staff was to lazy) to take her to bathroom;she got a UTI; then they gave her antibiotics witch then gave her C-dip; she never (in 94 years) went to bathroom in her pants, now she does! Her dr. who has a office in the facility was Never around! Her toothe brush developed mold! the food looked like it came out of a can! So glad she's home”
