“Awful place. I got a call from a patient in this facility saying her needed a can immediately and that his call light had been on and he needed help. I don’t know who it was but he gave a name and room number. I called the facility numerous times trying different halls and NOT ONE answered. Not only are they ignoring and neglecting their residents, they refuse to answer any kind of phone. I tried …”

“The smell is horrible. My son was just admitted & it is not very good . If I could move him i would, my hands are tied at the moment. We will see , I was assured things are going to change.”

★Celeste Empry · 2026-01-03 · via Google

“If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible place. Residents sit in their urine and feces for hours, nurses are rude towards residents. Staff just seem miserable all around, but they're understaffed and under supported- they aren't paid anything worth a damn. HCSG does not care about their employees and it shows. Absolutely horrible place.”
