“Absolutely unbelievable experience. I cannot believe the incompetence of the staff here. We were given the run around for 3 months before finally accepted. We were told a move in date with instructions on getting a cashiers check and giving my moms notice at the place she was in and then an hour and a half before move in time they called and said she couldn't come. We did everything instructed…”

★Karissa Dalke · 2026-03-16 · via Google

“Horrible experience due to an admissions error. After spending the entire morning getting my grandfather settled in we were told he couldn’t be accepted. We specifically requested memory care unit but he was placed in a regular room near 2 unlocked exterior doors. No accountability or apology was given from any of the staff upon our departure.”

★★★★★Jessica Marshall · 2025-12-05 · via Google

“Absolutely love the staff and how caring everyone is. Its definitely a family oriented community.”
