“Under no circumstances should you allow your loved ones to stay in this facility. As soon as you walk in the building the ammonia smell from the urine and feces , which lingers throughout the whole building is overwhelming. The place is so filthy It's not fit for a dog. My father was sent here for rehabilitation and was placed in a bed with stains and hair on it, and they let him sit in his own ur…”

“Don’t let your loved ones go here if you care about them. They’ll say they treated them that day, and bill for it, even though they didn’t. Ask for itemizations and confirm what was billed actually took place. Staff are provided the bare minimum of resources, causing them struggle to adequately do their jobs. This place needs an audit…”

When we take my mom to visit, it always smells nice, and my uncle is always clean shaven and freshly bathed. The staff never know when we're coming, but they're always ready. My uncle has Alzheimer's, and he can be very diff…”
