“Do not let your significant other go here if you care about them. The staff is the most unprofessional bunch I've ever seen. You have to walk through a maze of dingy hallways to get to the rehab. When my grandmother was discharged, she was explicitly told that somebody could wheel my grandmother outside for her as she is also handicap, they put up an argument saying they didn't have to do that, do…”

Head nurse was not helpful, didn't want to answer any questions and attitude was horrible, I said that I would report her, she started yelling coming at me. “I visited a relative who is in the rehab section of this facility and it was quite easy to do so. I had gotten clear directions from the front desk receptionist how to get to the room and had no problem navigating since the room was a good distance away. I had a very nice visit!”
