“One star is generous, this facility is extremely understaffed and sub par. Basic needs like wiping a person’s face after a meal, changing clothes daily, and proper hygiene are not being met. These are the things that I can prove. More egregious problems are highly suspected.”

“My mother in law was at NHC Bluffton for a short period of time and received excellent care. Staff was very friendly and attentive to her needs. Would recommend NHC.”

“I do not recommend this facility for your loved one's care. While several of the nurses and therapy team have been nice and helpful that's where it ends. Attentiveness to my loved ones basic needs are not being met as discussed. The room and bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a week. Very dissapointed that the elderly are being treated this way.”
