“PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! My mother was a resident here for 3 years, and unfortunately, her experience declined drastically over time. In the beginning, some of the techs were wonderful—but as time went on, many of the good staff left, and the level of care noticeably dropped. While some office staff were kind and helpful, others were not. The director seems very sweet, but she is new and a…”

“This place is horrendous. I do not know how this place is operating due to neglect and hiring kid with no work ethic and care nothing for their patients. The night shift is the best but day shift isn't worth a lick. They do not keep people fed or their pantry or fridges full so a lot of people don't eat when they are hungry. You will only use this place if you have no other options.”

“Let me tell yall! This place is so amazing. Not only have I known them for a few years now, I’ve had family there as well. Everyone, literally, feels like my own family. One of my absolute favorite centers to visit. The staff are 100% patient and family centered. The care they deliver is unmatched. I absolutely love everyone there. You guys are fantastic.”
