“Got my grandma out of here after the Admin told me this place was taken over by some cost cutting owners from Waukegan. I was just complaining to him about the staffing and he blamed it all on new ownership. He said "you'll get everything the Waukegan facility gets and more".....I definitely do not recommend this place for your elderly loved ones.”
