“Horrible place. No wonder they have lost their funding from the VA. My father was abused while under their care and they never reported it to the state. Instead of firing staff that was accountable for these actions they transfer them to other facilities run by their communicare corporation. So be aware they have other facilities in the local area. Over the year while my father was here we witness…”

“My dad was here and the staff treated him bad they try to keep him medicated and say that he was combative. Funny thing is we moved him to a different facility and he has improved and doing much better. He eats and enjoys the activities. No wonder they are a 1 star in Ohio DHS”

They told me that my father was difficult to do rehab with sometimes because he would decline. I moved my father into a new facility…”
