“My father got admitted overnight. By the time we arrived in the morning he was already cleaned up. We met the team that would be providing his care. They gave us a tour of the facility, they listened to all our concerns and did their best to make him comfortable. I am confident that he will be in good hands.”

“They are taking great care of Dad. Many places are filthy and dont care about the patients. Not this place. The nurses, head nurse, and administrators are highly competent and on it!! We are very impressed with the attention he gets, and their responsiveness to our requests. We highly recommend Norwalk Care.”

“If you have a parent and can’t be there to supervise everyday. Please don’t put them in this place. I would need an hour to write what goes on there. I went on Christmas and her teeth haven’t been brushed in months. Her gums are red and swollen. She screamed in pain when I tried to brush them. They don’t care about these patients. It’s a shame that’s how you live out your final years. My brother …”
